Alex Boyé is known for his dynamic African-infused music that has gained over 1 billion views on YouTube. After being named 2017 Artist of the Year and grand prize winner in a music contest sponsored by Pepsi & Hard Rock Cafe, he performed a half-time show for NFL’s Monday Night Football this past December in Miami. NBC’s America’s Got Talent judge Howie Mandel stated, “In my six years here, this is my favorite music act ever—it really is!”

Crip Camp

April 6, 2023 | 7:00 pm

In the early 1970s, teenagers with disabilities faced a future shaped by isolation, discrimination and institutionalization. Camp Jened, a ramshackle camp “for the handicapped” in the Catskills, exploded those confines.  Presented in partnership with Park City Museum as part of their “Patient No More” exhibit and the Raising Voices Film Series, supported with grant funding from Park City Municipal Corp and the Park City Chamber of Commerce. The film will be shown with Open Captions.

The Quiet Girl

Nominated for an Academy Award for Best International Film. In Gaelic with English subtitles. Cáit, a nine-year old girl, from an overcrowded, dysfunctional family is taken by her father to live with distant relatives for the summer months. Based on Claire Keegan’s award-winning 2015 short story Foster which appeared in The New Yorker magazine.
