The latest installment of a three-part exhibition series on display throughout 2023. Between Life and Land: Identity explores ways in which land can be intertwined with how we build our cultural, political and national identities. The artists included respond to historical uses of landscape in myth-building, as well as mine the conceptions and misconceptions that continue to influence our relationship to certain lands, and include Lani Asuncion, Ann Böttcher, Blue Curry, Daniel George, Levi Jackson, Richard Misrach, among others.
