Presented in partnership with Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter as part of the Reel Community Film Series for Earth Day. “Going Circular” unlocks the secrets to an innovative concept called circularity — an economic system that eliminates waste and saves the planet’s resources.

The latest installment of a three-part exhibition series on display throughout 2023. Between Life and Land: Identity explores ways in which land can be intertwined with how we build our cultural, political and national identities. The artists included respond to historical uses of landscape in myth-building, as well as mine the conceptions and misconceptions that continue to influence our relationship to certain lands, and include Lani Asuncion, Ann Böttcher, Blue Curry, Daniel George, Levi Jackson, Richard Misrach, among others.

Celebrate Earth Day during the annual cleanup of Kimball Junction and the Swaner Preserve. Volunteers will head to locations all over Kimball Junction to pick up trash that has accumulated over the winter.
