100% of the course takes place on prime, buff single and double track in Round Valley which sits at an altitude between 6,500’ and 7100’. While athletes will find the trails foot-friendly, the rolling, high-desert terrain presents a few long and steady climbs followed by fast downhills.

A scenic ride in Utah’s unique Echo Canyon and a run on the Historic Rail Trail – followed with home town cooking the annual antique car cruise in down town Coalville.

Kick off summer with a 5K fun run, featuring powdered paint stations that will colorfully entertain. A 1-mile run and a 100-yard dash (ages 4 and under) will follow.

Every year friends gather together for food, prayer, flag crafts and a traditional Native American pipe ceremony of gratitude.

The Wasatch 50 (formerly Wasatch Back) course is a truly epic route through some of Utah’s beautiful high country. This 21-mile loop features roughly 1,700 feet of climbing per lap and tackles almost the entirety of the Coyote Loop Trail starting and finishing at the UVU-Wasatch Campus.

Students ages 3 – 8 can “Be their own kind of hero.” No dance experience needed.

On Wednesday morning August 28, 1883, Matt Brennan was shot and killed in Thaynes Canyon. On Sunday morning September 2, John Murphy was found hanging from a telegraph pole in Parley’s Park City with a cryptic note stuffed into his boot bearing the number “77,” written apparently 77 times by 77 different hands. Between these dates, the Salt Lake City Marshal was shot by a black man and the shooter was hung within two hours. New research will be presented about John Murphy and the events of these days.
