This filthy 5K empowers couch potatoes and athletes alike to put on their running shoes and make some fun for themselves. It’s the mud run for everyone! There’s sloppy mud pits, slip’n’slides and foam baths prep’d for even more filthy fun than ever before.

Volksmarching is a European tradition that involves people of all ages in a fun, noncompetitive 5k or 10k walk to bring people together and celebrate what makes their town unique. Midway is starting this tradition to raise awareness of the need to protect the rural and agricultural feel of Midway and take walkers past historic homes, barns, unique geologic features.

Thanks to a grant from the Utah Division of Arts and Museums, admission is free today at the Museum.

The high ropes challenge course will be opened at 8 pm for a unique evening of climbing and obstacle challenges.
