Two driven athletes. “Sound of Silence – Born Severely Deaf,” Robin Gillon found success and happiness on skis after facing bullying and struggles at school, but refused to let the actions of others, and his disability, hold him back.
“Return to Paradise – A Skier’s Journey.” Mike Vowels, once a champion freestyle skier, shares his mental and physical journey, returning to skiing, 28 years after a paralyzing accident. Mike and Robin will be in attendance.
