Teotihuacan (1-550 AD), located in Central Mexico, is known as the “City of the Gods” with monumental pyramids, perfectly aligned grid layout and thousands of “apartment complexes.” Lexy Hartford, lecturer, has led many archaeological excavations in the area where she was part of the team that discovered the 2000-year-old murals.
