The Park City Museum will again host the Historic Glenwood Cemetery Tour on Sunday, September 3, 2017. Join us from 10:45am-12pm or 12:15pm-1:30pm. Park City history will come alive through costumed re-enactors at each gravesite describing their life and death in our historic mining town. “Miners and Their Families” is the theme for this year since the event happens during Miner’s Day weekend. Tours cost $10 per person and are appropriate for ages 10 years and older. Space is limited and reservations required so purchase your tickets online here!
This year’s characters include Nels Blomgren, Harriet Truscott, John Witta, John Nimmo, Ellen Mawhinney, Rebecca Simmons and Alex Smith who are portrayed by our talented local volunteer actors.
The cemetery is located at the end of Silver King Drive, near the intersection of Silver King Drive and Three Kings Drive. Parking is at Park City Mountain Resort.
No dogs please.
